Email not saving to a contact

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below if you are not able to save an email address for a contact:

  • First, click the small square under "Primary (is checked)", enter the email address and turn ON the desired notifications you wish for your Contact to receive. Then click the Green Disc icon to the right of the notifications, highlighted by the red box below.
  • If you make additional edits to the Contact record, please look to the right of the information for a Green Disc icon, as that will the Save function for that specific information. If you do not see a Green Disc icon, then you can click the green SAVE button to the left, under Actions to save the changes.
