Email not saving to a contact

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below if you are not able to save an email address for a contact:

  • First, follow the steps here so you can make edits/changes to the contact's email address. Scroll down to the Email Address portion, click the Edit button.


  • Click the small square under "Primary?", enter the correct/updated email address, and turn ON (check) the desired notifications you wish for your contact to receive. Then click the Update button to the right of the notifications, highlighted by the green box below.


  • You can click the green SAVE button to the left, under Actions to save the changes.
