How to manage opt-out requests for SMS texts sent out by Pro Agent Solutions

How to Opt-Out

For cases when showing agents want to stop receiving an SMS feedback request, replying with the stop keywords STOP, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL will prevent them from receiving new messages from the Pro Agent Solutions number they’re responding to.

That means if they wish to cancel or stop receiving any showing-related communication coming in, all they need to do is respond back by typing any of the following universal stop keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. An automated response will be generated to acknowledge and complete the process.

Example:

Showing agent: STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE

Automated response: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

How to Opt-In after an Opt-Out

If the showing agent wishes to receive SMS feedback requests again from Pro Agent Solutions, they can respond with the words START, YES and UNSTOP. Responding in this way will remove them from the SMS text suppression list for opt-outs.

Example:

Showing agent: START, UNSTOP, YES

Automated response: “You have successfully been re-subscribed to messages from this number. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”
