How to cancel a showing

To cancel a showing:

1. Log in to your Pro Agent Solutions account
2. Select "My Showings" from the drop-down menu under "Showings"
3. Select the red x icon to the right of the showing you wish to cancel (delete)
4. In the Delete Showings popup, either keep the checkmark to where it says "Send notification to contacts" if you want our system to notify the selected showing contacts or remove the checkmark if you don't want to send a cancelation notification.
5. Finally, click "Yes" in the Delete Showings popup to cancel (delete) the showing.
