To import a listing:
- Log in to your Pro Agent Solutions Account
- Hover over "Listings" and select "Import New Listing" from the drop-down menu
- Select your seller if you have already added them, or create a new contact to add your seller. (This field can be left blank. You only need to add the seller if you want them to be copied on the feedback replies.)
- Select the Lockbox Number from the lockbox dropdown menu, or enter a new lockbox number (You need to assign a lockbox number in order to automate the feedback requests for the listing)
- Enter the MLS# and click "Find"
- Click "Select" on the appropriate listing
- Once the Listing Details page loads, make any necessary updates or changes to the Listing details, as needed
- Click "Save" to save any changes
Please note the following about importing your MLS listing data:
- It may take time for listing data to propagate once posted with your local MLS and be available for our software to import.
- There are multiple systems involved including your local MLS, which we do not control.
- Data propagation time can vary by MLS
- Listing data may be available to import within hours. It may also take up to 48 hours.
To assign a lockbox number to a listing (if you did not do it when you imported the listing):
- Log in to your Pro Agent Solutions Account
- Select "My Listings" from the drop-down menu under "Listings"
- Select the Pencil Icon to the right of the listing you wish to edit
- Move the cursor to the Lockbox Number field, and select the Lockbox Number from the drop-down menu. To enter a new lockbox, click "Add Option". Also, see this article on how to import and add your lockbox numbers.
- If you are moving a lockbox from another listing where it is already assigned, then you will need to unassign it from the other listing first. To unassign a lockbox from the prior listing that already has a lockbox number to it, click on the word "Select" from the Lockbox Number dropdown menu.
- Click "Save" to save any changes to the listing.
