How to edit email templates for showing feedback

Please follow the below steps to edit your showing feedback related email templates:

  1. Navigate to where the standard email templates are held in the Vault this way: Settings at the top right corner (in between My Account and My Billing), then Library, and then click the blue Vault button on the left
  2. Filter on "Showing" in the Group column with the funnel icon at the top of the column
  3. Select the template(s) that you want to edit and click the blue Import button on the left menu to import the template from the Vault into your Library of templates
  4. Next navigate back to your Library at Settings>Library and edit your template by clicking the pencil icon for the row.
  5. When you are editing your template, be sure to change the title so you are clear later on which is the version you want to select
  6. You can watch this help video which details how to use the editor to edit your emails
  7. Once you have edited the email template and are happy with it, you will need to update which template is used by the Automated Showing Feedback feature of Showing Pro
  8. Navigate again to Settings and scroll down to the Email Templates section seen in the screenshot below
  9. Go to the Email Template that you want to change and then in the drop-down select your revised template by Library title that you want to use
  10. Once you have made the change click the Green save button on the top left menu
  11. Now that you have changed the template, you should test it by creating a new showing for one of your listings manually by going to Showings>Add New Showings


Edit emails for the Showings>Email Agents feature

Follow these steps to add email templates that you can send out to Showing Agents that showed your property prior with the email feature at Showings>Email Agents:

  1. Navigate to Agent UI>Marketing>Templates Library
  2. Click the "+ New" action to create a new email template
  3. Edit your email template using the guidance at this help article
  4. In the "Group" field in the email template, select "Showing Agent" as the Group. If this group does not exist, Type "Showing Agent" and click the "Add Option" field to add Showing Agent as a possible selection in the group field
  5. Once you have completed editing the template, click the Save action in the left navigation bar to save your template
  6. When you navigate back now to Showings>Email Agents, you will now be able to select your new template in the "Email Templates" drop-down
