- Go to the Agent Portal Login page (agent.proagentsolutions.com)
- Enter your Username and click RESET PASSWORD
- The Temporary Password email will be delivered to your email address
- Copy and Paste the Temp Password into the Password Text Box on the Agent Login Screen. Be sure there are no spaces on either side when you Copy and Paste
- Once you've accessed your Dashboard, go to MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner
- Click on PASSWORD to the left
- Enter the Temp Password in the Current Password text box
- Enter your New Password in the subsequent text boxes
- Click SAVE to save your new password
- If you are still unable to access your account, or update your password using these steps, please contact us directly at email@example.com, and we will assist you in getting access to your account.
