If for some reason you do need to cancel your account, please follow these steps below:
- Login to the Agent Portal at: https:/agent.proagentsolutions.com
- Navigate to your billing profile by clicking My Billing in the top right of the page.
- You can also get to your billing profile once logged in by clicking this link: https://agent.proagentsolutions.com/MyBilling/Profile
- Click the blue "Cancel" button on the left
- Provide detail on why you are cancelling your subscription. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us to understand how to provide the most value to our customers in the future.
- Click the green "Save" button on the left to finalize the transaction
